Aimlessly Pursuing Employment? You Need Professional Branding
StK offers a three-month program for individuals seeking career direction. In this program, we help individuals establish their professional brand by identifying and articulating their strengths, skills, personality, and values through core adult learning principles, consultations, and research-based assessments. The goal is to empower individuals to take charge of their careers and achieve fulfillment in their professional lives.
Aspiring Achiever Employment Program
StK offers a six-month program for recent high school or college graduates (2-4 years) to confidently navigate their path to employment. We help participants identify compatible career choices based on their Myers-Briggs Type, determine their core and transferable skills and experience, and develop a strategic plan to achieve successful results. We lead with research-based assessments, core adult learning principles, and online consultations to provide professional support and guidance.
The goal is to help young professionals feel prepared and empowered as they take their first steps into the workforce.
Benefits
We are providing participants with professional learning and insights into employment and careers. We help individuals identify their competencies and recognize areas for development, enhancing their overall self-awareness and growth potential.
Type to IDP
Our program is Myers-Briggs focused. We will explore ways to help individuals prepare for their chosen career or job by guiding them through assessments, a questionnaire, and an instrument that will lead to a complete Individual Development Plan. With our program, individuals will gain valuable insights into their unique strengths and preferences and learn how to leverage them professionally.
Requirement:
- Participant Companion Workbook
Glimpsing at Leadership while Considering your Type
For individuals unfamiliar with their Myers-Briggs Type, we recommend taking a Myers-Briggs assessment or utilizing our Type to IDP resource (see the Type to IDP section). Our five-week leadership course examines critical leadership competencies, styles, theories, and decision-making processes.
Participants will engage in group discussions around real-life leadership scenarios and analyze randomly selected leaders. Weekly exchanges and participation are required to ensure maximum learning and engagement.
Benefits of Taking the Course
Individuals who take this leadership class can gain a comprehensive understanding of their leadership choice and style, competencies used and needed, and preferred leadership theory. They can also articulate about past leaders and provide details of their glimpse of leadership.
The registration cost includes the Glimpsing at Leadership while Considering your Type workbook, an essential resource for staying engaged and organized throughout the course, ensuring maximum learning and growth potential.
